Costs
All classes, courses and meetings are currently offered on a private 1-1 basis and you can choose whether you'd prefer to meet in person or online. Of course if you're not local to Southampton/New Forest area in Hampshire, UK, then online might be our only option. Zana will ensure that your online experience is varied and effective, just as if we were meeting in person.
Costs are as follows:
Private Antenatal Classes, tailored to your needs, for pregnant person with or without one birth partner
2 hours: £69
3 hours: £89
4 hours: £118
Travel cost: If I travel to you the first 5 miles each way is included. Beyond this I charge 45p per mile. You are welcome to travel to me or to work online with me.
Hypnobirthing Course (WOW Hypnobirthing) aimed at pregnant person and one birth partner
Courses include 5 exclusive audio downloads each with a different theme, course materials and access to email support from Zana until just after your baby's birth. This course is usually provided over 2 full days in a small group, but we are currently offering it privately, condensed into one day and tailored to your needs. The advantages to you are that it's private, it's tailored to you, you can ask any questions or air any concerns without embarrassment or worry. If you'd prefer us to work online, don't worry about spending a whole day staring at a screen! Clients reliably inform me (Zana) that the time flies and I will ensure I incorporate plenty of productive time away from the screen.
1 day course in-person: £250
1 day course online: £225 (reflecting 10% discount)
Travel cost: If I travel to you the first 10 miles each way is included. Beyond this I charge 45p per mile.
Breathing/Relaxation Workshop, for pregnant person with or without birth partner
2 hours: £69
Travel cost: If I travel to you the first 5 miles each way is included. Beyond this I charge 45p per mile.
Hypnobirthing Audio Downloads (all included in Zana's hypnobirthing course, but currently also available to buy separately).
£10 each. Buy 3 spoken tracks, get the background music free.

Counselling, on a 1-1 basis
Weekly counselling: £45 per 1 hour session
If you don't see the option you were hoping for listed above, please do ask, as Zana may still be able to help, or refer you to someone else who is better placed professionally to do so, depending on your needs.
